STAFF:

In AB CUSTOM we believe that the main added value of a company is its people. So we encourage participation and teamwork, sharing information and knowledge. VEHICLES’ FLEET:

Delivery trucks are adapted and equipped with 2 operators specialized in handling furniture, minimizing the possibility of incidents. We propose van services, bodywork, boom truck or platform, trailer or road train.
Our traffic department plans and controls all routes to optimize timing and final quality. We have trailers available throughout all Europe that allow us to charge from anywhere in Europe.




DISTRIBUTION NETWORK:

We have 3 transhipment and consolidation platforms in order to optimize and streamline distribution. Our 18 logistics centers throughout Spain and Portugal allow us to shorten delivery times in the last mile. Our medium-term objective is to perform deliveries within 24/48h in local area, 72/96h in national and create 50 additional distribution centers. We have established partnerships in Europe in order to offer our services in other countries.
We monitor our clients’ satisfaction in order to ensure the quality of our services from the start to the end of the supply chain.




SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION TECNOLOGIES (SITI):

We have an advanced computer system to ensure complete management of merchandise and traceability throughout the supply chain. Besides monitoring merchandise, it provides complete tracking information both internally and externally. Our integration team will provide all the information and means to expedite the automated exchange of information through EDI files. That way you will get information directly into your computer system.
